About 35 minute stunning flight from Kathamandu to Lukla, a small village at the foothills of the Himalayas. This flight will take us to the gateway of the Everest Region. At the surrounding of Lukla and Namche, you can observe the beautiful scenery of fauna and flora. Over there, you will see the TengbocheMonastaries from there you can have close view of ornate wall (local animals of that area) hanging around. Inside the monasteries you can see the 20 feet long sculpture of Lord Buddha, interesting musical instruments and robes of lamas.If group will interest, then the group will be taken to observe the prayer ceremonies of the Buddhist religion. The friendly environment of Sherpa village and beautiful views of Buddhist monasteries will make our trek more interesting and memorable too. From the base level you can see the clear and eye-catching view of Mount Everest. The roof of the world “Mount Everest”revel the heart melting views and other peaks like Lhoste ,Nutpse, Amadablam, and Thamshreku etc while going through the Khumbu Region. Note:We departs group every weeks from Kathmandu for Everest Base Camp Trek. Once look our mentioned departure dates and then after you can arrange your own private treks too. If mentioned schedule (departure), are not suitable for you then, you can choose private departure by selecting your own suitable tour date. These types of departures are mainly organize and suitable for the couple, family, charity and small groups of friend. Day to Daydescriptions are available according to your time duration of trip.
Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek – Itinerary
Day 01: Airport in Kathmandu airport (1345mt) (No Meal Included)
In the Tribhuvan International Airport, there will be our representative to receive .Outside the airport terminal; she/he will be displaying the tag of Real Adventure Nepal. Then after, you will be transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist bus.
Note: If you arrive after 4pm then you will be briefing by our airport representative about tomorrow schedule of trip (sightseeing)on the way to the hotel. Pre-trip meeting will be held after the sightseeing of next day. But incase if you arrive earlier (before 4pm) then our pre-trip meeting will be held on the same day, it may be held in our office or it may be held at your hotel as per yours requirement. During the pre-meeting time, we will introduce you with our trekking guide after your completing of sightseeing. In the meeting you can ask question whatever you like about the trip. We will also provide you trek Duffel Bag, T-Shirt and Cap .For attending trip meeting, please make sure about your passport, three copies of passport size photos and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During the meeting you are requested to clear the entire due amount. If at the moment, you can't pay the full payment then you have to sign some legally valid paper trip from as well as non-liability disclaimer too as a evidence for the future .Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 02: Pre-trip Meeting and sightseeing around the Kathmandu Valley
After morning breakfast, around 8:30am we will start our sightseeing program. Along private transport and professional guide you will visit some heritage sites which are enlisted in World Heritage listed below
- Bhaktapur Durbar Square: Bhaktapur Durbar Square is one of the historical place of Kathmandu Valley. In ancient period, this durbar square used to be the royal residential quarter Of BhupatindraMalla. Over there are some other beautiful places Nyatapola( it was built in pagoda style),Batsala temple, Bhairavnath temple, Duttaatraya temple, PujariMuth and most of the tourist visit this place to see the beautiful art, design of fifty-five palace window.
- Boudhanath Stupa: Boudhanath Stupa is one of the biggest stupa in the world and holy site of Budhhist too. This stupa is surrounded with beautiful colorful flag of prayers. It was built in 5th Century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Budhha in four directions whichsignify that Lord Budhha is watching everyone and their doing.
- Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holy places of Hindu people. Mainly in this temple many Hindu all over the world visit to worship the god Lord Shiva. This temple was built in pagoda style on a single tier pinth. Though you will not allow to enter inside the temple but don't worry you can have clear view of temple and its all activities from eastern bank of the river.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla(2804mt/9199ft) trek to Manjo (2825m/9268ft)
Time duration: Three and half hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
After having morning breakfast, we will take bus to Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. About 35 min of scenic flight from Kathmandu Airport to Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla (2804m/9199ft).On arrival at the airport, our guide will give some information about trek and there you will meet our porters too. After landing the flight, we will have some time to pack-up our trekking equipment and load them then after, our trek start descending towards 1500 feet to the Dudhkoshiriver. We will follow, the trail to NamcheBazar which is located just above Chaunrikhar (2713m, 18900ft). After passing through the small beautiful village called Ghat (2550m, 18,366ft) our trekking walk will be more easier because it will be short walk to Phakding the after to Manjo. Overnight stay at Yeti Mountain Home with full high level of accommodation.
Day 04: Trek to Tashinga (3380m/11,089ft)
Time duration: Around five hours
(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
We will keep on trekking along the bank of the Dudhkoshi, crossing the high suspension bridges over the river where you may find the many prayers flags and mani stones that reflects the buddhist culture. After entering into the Sagarmatha National Parks, the trail move towards to the top with breathtaking views. Namche is one of the biggest villages around the whole Everest trail. It is only known as the gateway to Everest and over there we can see the many high quality restaurants, shops, money exchange, internet cafe and many more. To reach Tashinga it will take around one hour from Namche. Overnight stay at Everest Summit Lodge with full high accommodation.
Day 05: Tashinga Acclimatization Day
(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
Spending a day in Tashinga in order to acclimatize and adjust the thin layer of the air pressure. On the same day we will have short trek to see the beautiful mountains as well as stunning sunrise and sunsetover the panorama of Khumbu peaks. Overnight stay at Everest Summit Lodge with full high accommodation.
Day 06: Trek to Pangboche (3930m/ 12893ft)
Time duration: Around five hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
On this day, we will trek up to 3930m/128993ft altitude. While moving towards the trek, we will pass through the rusting glacial waters of DudhKoshi and. From here, we can see the magnificent scenery of beautiful mountains. We will move towards the Tengboche where new monastery was built up after 1989 destruction. Inside the monasteries we can see ornate (local animals)hanging on the wall, 20ft long sculpture of Lord Buddha and robes of lamas. From Tengboche we will move downwards to Debuche after crossing the many exciting bridge on the ImjaKhola and climb to Pangboche village. Overnight stay at Everest Summit Lodge with full high accommodation.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4350m/ 15452ft)Time duration: five and half hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
Today's up hills trek takes us down to the remote and traditional village of Dingboche. From here, we can see the beautiful and stunning view of Lhotse, Island Peak and AmaDablam. Due to altitude sickness, we may suffer so to avoid such effect on the trek we will take some time to rest. Overnight stay at Family Lodge with full high accommodation.
Day 08: Trek to Chhukung (4710m/ 15452ft) and trek back to DinbocheTime duration: four and half hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
This day will be your another day for acclimatization. Today, our trip will up to Chhukung valley via the ImjaKholaValley which will be the best place for fabulous view of white peaks especially Mt. Lhotse. After observing the beauty of, nature we will come back to the Dingboche. Overnight stay at Family Lodge with full high accommodation.
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4910m/ 16108ft)Time duration: Around five hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
On this day, we will continue our trail along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and we will pass by the stone memorial. The climbers will have perished feel near the summit. We will move ahead to climb the Lobuche at 4910m/ 16101ft). At the foot of big Lobuchemountain we can see few small village over there. This day some breathing problem may arise due to high altitude. Overnight stay at Eco Lodge accommodation.
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365m/ 17601ft) then back to Gorakshep (5180m/ 16994ft)Time duration: Around eight hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
We'll move ahead on the Everest Base Camp, which will be very difficult day to walk along Khumbu Glacier. From here we will have close view of Mt. Everest without any mountaineering equipment .The view of Khumbu Icefall from base camp. Overall view of Khumbu Icefall from base camp is spectacular. After observing the view of Icefall we will return back to Gorakshep for night stay. Overnight stay at Snow Land Inn Lodge accommodation.
Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar (5555m/18255ft) early in the morning and trek down to PangbocheTime duration: Around seven hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
In early in the morning, we will have hike up to Kalapatthar (Black Rocks) for incredible view of Mount Everest (highest point on the planet at 29,028ft, 8848m). On the way we will have chance to experience the wildlife, nature, culture of different places. Then after we will move ahead and on the way we can see the beautiful giants' peaks like;Nuptse, Pumori, Chagates, Lhotse and other peaks. Later on, we will hike down to Gorakshep where er can see the small village at5180m. Then after, we will move downwards to Pangboche village. Overnight stay at Everest Summit Lodge with full accommodation.
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazar (3444m/ 11289ft)Time duration: five and half hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
Our trails will takes us through the small village Tengboche with famous monastery and other green hills at 3,860m/12,664 ft). In afternoon time, we will move backwards to the Namnche. Overnight stay at Yeti Mountain Home with full high accommodcation.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla (2804m/ 9199ft)Time duration: About six hours(Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening dinner)
Finally we will come back to Lukla from where our trek begin, which will seem like a life time ago. On the arrival in Lukla, there will be time to explore the town and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight stay at Yeti Mountain Home with full high accommodation.
Day 14: Morning Flight back to Kathmandu(Morning breakfast)
For the last time, you will have a very short time to observe the view of stunning mountains. About 35 minute flight back to Katmandu, you will head back to your starting hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel Yak and Yeti or similar five star Hotel with full high accommodation.
Day 15: Leisure day and farewell dinner in Kathmandu(Morning breakfast and Farewell dinner)
Due to bad weather in Lukla you may feel tired and for you this day may be spare day. Then after, if you are interested you can also catch up on some last days in and Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure andshopping too. Please read out the trip itinerary about Lukla flight below. In the evening time, we will have some farewell dinners program which will be organize in a traditional Nepalese Restaurant with cultural performance. Your trekking guide and other staff of the company will join the dinner program with you.
Day 16: Transfer to the airport for your final flight departure(Morning breakfast)
Today the adventure journey comes to an end. Our representative will transfer you to the Kathmandu Tribhuwan International Airport, who are leaving Nepal.

Similarly, Tourist Visa with Multiple Entries for 90 days can be obtained by paying US $ 100. Please bring 2 copies of passport size photos).
